Woodford Reserve is built around flavour. The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812. The perfectly balanced taste of our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is comprised of more than 200 detectable flavour notes, from bold grain and wood, to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit & floral notes..
Aroma: Rich dried fruit, hint of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa,vanilla and tobacco spice
Colour: Clean, brilliant honey amber
Taste: Rich, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa toffee, caramel and chocolate
Finish: Silky-smooth, almost creamy at first, with a long, warm satisfying tail
The present day Woodford Reserve Distillery is built on history. Often cited as the birthplace of bourbon, it was here in 1838 that Dr James Crow perfected the “Sour Mash” process that is still used in bourbon production today, adding to the distillery’s historical value. In fact, in 1995 the distillery was officially recognised by the US Government and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, culminating in its recognition as a National Historic Landmark in 2000.

A delivery charge of £7.95 applies to all orders under £120.
Free Delivery on Orders Over £120
Orders over £120 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Next Working Day Delivery
Where possible, orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. All orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (excluding Bank Holidays).
Age Verification Deliveries
In line with UK alcohol licensing regulations, all alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. Our delivery partners may request photographic identification as proof of age.
If no one over 18 is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery for a more suitable time.
