Floc de Gascogne
Floc de Gascogne
Floc de Gascogne is a traditional fortified apéritif from the Gascony region in southwest France, made by blending one-third Armagnac with two-thirds fresh grape juice from the same vineyard. Produced for centuries, it has held Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) status since 1990.
Available in both white and rosé styles, Floc de Gascogne has a smooth, sweet character with aromas of honey, flowers, almonds and ripe fruit. Served well chilled or over ice, it makes an excellent apéritif and also pairs beautifully with desserts. Once opened, it should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed within three months.
