Inna Pierrevert Rose, 2017
Inna Pierrevert Rosé is a blend of two grapes: Syrah and Grenache, although the latter dominates.
It is a beautiful pale pink colour with a complex and aromatic nose of red berries and spices. These bold flavours continue in the mouth with strong fruit flavours and a slightly spicy finish. Pairs particularly well with Mediterranean or Asian cuisine due to it's exotic taste.

This Inna Pierrevert Rouge has a nose of scrubland and undergrowth. The palate is round, with developing notes of spices, coffee, and a touch of currants and dried fruit on the finish. A beautiful complexity on the palate. Pierrevert rouge pairs best with meat sauces and stew. Officially classified as a 'Biologique' wine - the French equivalent to our organic status.
