  1. Jawbox Classic Dry Gin Belfast Cut
    Rating:
    100% of 100

Celebrating The True Character of Belfast… There was a time when the front door was left unlocked. When the kitchen was the scullery. And in the tiny scullery stood the Belfast sink (aka the Jawbox, as a lot of craic was heard around it). And it still is with this terrific Gin named after the Belfast Sink.

Jawbox Gin is a classic dry gin that is produced at the Echlinville Distillery in Kircubbin, Northern Ireland. Hand crafted under the watchful eye of the Jawbox founder Gerry White. There are a wealth of botanicals used to flavour this superb gin: Coriander seed, orange and lemon peel, angelica root, cassia bark, almond, licquorice, orris root powder and black mountain heather.

Try Something different: Gin and Ginger Ale Jawbox are proud of what they have brought to the world, so they ask you to set aside the usual in favour of the unusual and raise a glass with Jawbox Gin and Ginger Ale. Thank you Belfast!

  2. Highroller Gin Gift Set - Jawbox and Fever-Tree
    Rating:
    97% of 100

Often there are moments when a brilliantly refreshing Gin and Tonic is the only thing to truly hit the spot… whether it's a summer day or a Friday evening at six. So we’ve combined everything the gin lover needs to create the ultimate gin and tonic in this wonderful kit: a 70cl bottle Jawbox gin and four assorted Fever-Tree tonics.

Jawbox is a classic Belfast gin that is distilled very slowly in a traditional copper pot still for the best quality spirit. The main difference between this and other gins is they use vapour extraction to preserve the delicate flavours and aromas of three of the botanicals. The palate begins with citrus and juniper developing into pepper, green angelica and subtle rootiness. Of all the tonics out there in the world we consider Fever-Tree to be the best, as do many when looking to make the most quintessentially English of drinks. There are four different flavours included: Lemon, Elderflower, Ginger Ale and Tonic. (Ginger Ale is the absolute must-try mixer as, like Jawbox, it was invented in Belfast).

Presented in a red gift box and finished with a bow.

    In the box: 1x Jawbox Gin (70cl), 1x Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic (20cl), 1x Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic (20cl), 1x Fever-Tree Ginger Ale  (20cl) and 1x Fever-Tree Tonic (20cl).
