Outback Jack Shiraz, 2018
Outback Jack Shiraz is full of vibrant berries overlaid with chocolate and spicy notes. Ripe fruit with smooth tannin and a touch of oak, this wine is perfect with full flavoured pasta and meat dishes.

South East Australia
South Eastern Australia is a large zone that encompasses the Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania areas. Wines from the South East region can be made from anywhere within these states. This is a massive stretch of land with diverse growing conditions and ranges in quality.
The reds are generally produced from Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvedre and Cabernet grapes while the whites are made from Chardonnay, Riesling, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. This region also produces plenty of blends and unusual pairings.
