Orders may be cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be refunded as soon as possible, usually within a week, but in any event within 30 days. Delivery costs and arrangements for return of non-faulty goods is the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event that you should wish to return all or part of your wine order due to a suspected faulty product the request to cancel must be made in writing.
