What we collect
We may collect the following personal information:

All information we presently hold about you can be viewed and, if appropriate, updated through your account page. Additionally, we also work with certain 3rd party companies to collect anonymous analytical data (information about how the website is accessed and navigated), for the purpose of providing verified reviews and for affiliate marketing, as described below.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to be able to process and fulfil any order placed with us, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping, e.g. accounting.
- For compliance with legislation (such as minimum age, for the purchasing of alcohol).
- To reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions, protecting both ourselves and you as our customer.
- To improve the products and services that we offer.
- If you have opted to receive communication from us:
- we may periodically send promotional messages about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting to the email address which you have provided.
- we may contact you in relation to recent orders for the purposes of soliciting feedback about specific products or our service in geneal.
For the purpose of completing your order, we will provide elements of this information (principally name, delivery address and associated contact information) to the courier company we select for shipping.
Anonymous data is shared as part of the Google Analytics service for the purposes of monitoring the performance of our site. For more information in relation to this and the methods of data collection, please visit their site.
In the event that you were referred to our site through an affiliate link, when you complete a purchase with us then limited details of the order (including order number, item quantity and total purchase amount) will also be shared with the affiliate company, to allow them to process any promotions as per the terms of their site. If your browser blocks page content of 3rd party origin, such as is done by certain ad block extensions, or if you accessed the site without following a specific affiliate link, this functionality may not operate correctly and you may not receive the appropriate rewards.
Finally, for the purpose of receiving feedback in relation to products and services, we do operate in association with Trustpilot. As such information, confirming that you have placed an order with us, will be shared with them for the purpose of obtaining verified, independent reviews.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Additionally, as part of a series of routine system and security upgrades, passwords for any accounts created before 23rd May 2018 were invalided. If you wish to access an existing account, please follow the password reset process. If you have any problems or questions related to this, please contact us.
