This maceration of juniper berries and botanicals are characteristic of the beautiful Mediterranean coast with its iodized notes, refreshed by a lemon zest, flowery notes of rose petal and spiced with ultramarine spices gleaned from the major ports of Marseille or Toulon.
Juniper berries, thyme, rosemary, almond, angelica, lemon zest, coriander, Iris root, roses and a few other plants give this gin a powerful and varied aromatic palate of tastes.
