KITA NO HOMARE is a sake made on Hokkaïdo island by the famous sake brewery of the same name located in the harbour city of Oratu, 30 km from Sapporo.
This sake is brewed with the Okusawa spring water and high quality rice. It is a Junmai-Daiginjo, meaning the highest rice polishing grade. It gets to the heart of the grain to extract its aromatic richness and all its flavour.
Added golden flakes underline its classic and high standard. Its washi label is made of craft paper used in Japan since the VIIth century. Chilled or room temperature, it will fit with sauce dish and seafood.
