Jean Noel Haton 'Extra' Rose Grand Cru Champagne
This 4th generation family was founded by Octave Haton in 1920 in difficult times, when the Champagne sales were only performed by a handful of large houses. The turning point took place with the arrival of Jean-Noël. Today, they are part of the top 30 producers of Champagne, in volume, from over 5000 producers that cover the appellation. This success does not affect quality as every single cuvée blind-tasted by father and son.
Chains of bubbles excite the palate before tasting as does the salmon pink colour and persistent foam. Tantalising the taste-buds even further are the delightful red fruit aromas including raspberry and redcurrant. The palate delivers with well-rounded, fruitiness and a lingering finish. Ideal as an aperitif, or with fruit desserts
