Inna Rouge, Pierrevert Provence IGP, 2016
This Inna Pierrevert Rouge has a nose of scrubland and undergrowth. The palate is round, with developing notes of spices, coffee, and a touch of currants and dried fruit on the finish. A beautiful complexity on the palate. Pierrevert rouge pairs best with meat sauces and stew. Officially classified as a 'Biologique' wine - the French equivalent to our organic status.

Provence is a place where the sun always shines, and life rolls by at a relaxed pace. These qualities are reflected in the wines produced in Provence today, from the fun-to-drink roses that make the perfect companion to a summer holiday, whilst the young, light, and racy red and white wines available offer up a surprising range of complexity and flavours.
