Daniel Bouju Cognac is a family run affair based in the village of Saint Preuil in the Charente. Their vines stretch across over 14 hectares in the famous Grande Champagne region. The Bouju family have wine making history that goes back to the 19th century and their expertise is flagrant from the quality of the sumptuous cognacs they produce.
This Grande Champagne Cognac is a impressive 60% ABV which is a rarity in cognacs and a real pleasure to try. Aged in Limousin Oak casks this Cognac brut de fut is unfiltered and aged for 15 years. Well-integrated balance of spicy and oak notes with rich, smooth palate and powerful and remarkably long finish.

Daniel Bouju is a highly respected producer of fine Cognacs and his products can be found in some of the finest food venues in the world. Priding themselves on traditional craftmanship dating back to 1805 the family apply strict standards to their production. The Cognacs are aged in Limousin oak casks on the property in Saint-Preuil, located in the heart of the Grande Champagne.
