Daniel Bouju Napoleon Cognac
Daniel Bouju Cognac is a family run affair based in the village of Saint Preuil in the Charente. Their vines stretch across 14 hectares in the famous Grande Champagne region. The Bouju family have wine making history that goes back to the 19th century and their expertise is flagrant from the quality of the sumptuous cognacs they produce.
The Napoleon Grande Champagne Cognac is aged in new oak barrels for 15 years. The nose is sweet with hints of sherry, nuts and dark chocolate. The palate is fruity with layers of dried fruit flavours, fresh and intense with a lengthy finish of spicy and rich aromas.

Daniel Bouju is a highly respected producer of fine Cognacs and his products can be found in some of the finest food venues in the world. Priding themselves on traditional craftmanship dating back to 1805 the family apply strict standards to their production. The Cognacs are aged in Limousin oak casks on the property in Saint-Preuil, located in the heart of the Grande Champagne.
