Daniel Bouju Empereur XO Grande Champagne Cognac 50cl
Daniel Bouju Cognac is a family run affair based in the village of Saint Preuil in the Charente. Their vines stretch across 14 hectares in the famous Grande Champagne region. The Bouju family have wine making history that goes back to the 19th century and their expertise is flagrant from the quality of the sumptuous cognacs they produce.
The Emperor XO Premier Cru Cognac is aged in both new and old oak barrels for at least 25 years.
Aromas of spices such as cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, warming vanilla as well as candied plums to add to the heady finish. A fantastic well rounded and soft cognac with excellent length on the palate.

Daniel Bouju is a highly respected producer of fine Cognacs and his products can be found in some of the finest food venues in the world. Priding themselves on traditional craftmanship dating back to 1805 the family apply strict standards to their production. The Cognacs are aged in Limousin oak casks on the property in Saint-Preuil, located in the heart of the Grande Champagne.
