Corsica, a French governed island that is closer to Italy than France, has excellent terroir and long, hot summers to mature grapes to perfection. Cultivation takes place according to the method "Lutte Raisonnée", which is a close to natural as possible - no artificial fertilisers or herbicides are used.
Clos Fornelli white has bags of character and elegance - it's fruity, yet dry, with spicy notes on the palate. Goes well with shellfish, crab and lobster.
