Loïc Raison are committed to offering consumers an exciting range of French cidres with character, made to the highest standards and drawing on expertise acquired since 1923. They rigorously select all the raw ingredients used in their cidre production. Their Brittany orchards are carefully selected and apples are picked when perfectly ripe and stored under optimal conditions. Only the best apples are selected for production.
The Brittany cidres from Loïc Raison are the best-selling cidres in France. Unlike ciders or imitation ‘cidres’ made in Britain, French cidre is subject to strict laws on how it is produced and the ingredients that are used. This means that all Loïc Raison cidres are 100% natural with no added water, colourings, sugars, or additives. Discover the refreshing taste of Brittany today!

Brittany is known as the cider "country" with it's famous cider names like Loic Raison and Kerisac. It is the second largest cider-producing region in France after Normandy.
Like French wine, cider often originates from single estates, some small farms may well sell you cidre fermier direct. If the label says cidre bouchê, the drink, bottled like champagne, will have undergone a second fermentation. Cidre doux is a weak sugary drink, rarely stronger than three percent, while cidre brut is a strong, dry variant of five percent or more.
