Biere Blanche de Silly 25cl
MINIMUM ORDER 6 BOTTLES
Blanche de Silly, added to the range in 1990, is a top-fermented wheat beer that uses locally-grown barley.
It’s an amazing thirst-quencher with a refreshing taste that will surprise you with hints of coriander followed by the subtle citrus touches of dried orange peel. It has a good creamy body that goes well with seafood, especially shellfish, also roasted or grilled white meats.

Brasserie de Silly
One of the benefits of being a farm worker in Belgium was that you could drink beer on the job, although this was mainly because there was no clean drinking water. Brasserie de Silly is the product of this and thus came about so the farm could brew seasonal beers for their field workers.
Now six generations later, and still family owned, Brasserie de Silly has expanded into all traditional Belgian beer styles with a few surprises thrown in. Look out for the grapefruit enhanced Pink Killer and Burgundy barrel-aged Scotch.
