Caprice is a beautifully balanced white wine crafted from indigenous Colombard and Gros Manseng grapes, grown between the ocean and mountains of Gascony. In the glass, it shows pale green reflections from the Colombard, highlighted by soft golden hues from the Gros Manseng. The nose opens with fresh citrus and grapefruit aromas, followed by gentle notes of white peach and quince, revealing both brightness and complexity.
On the palate, the wine is lively yet generous, with the crisp freshness of Colombard perfectly complementing the rounder texture of Gros Manseng. Flavours of ripe pineapple and finger lime linger on a clean, refreshing finish. Fruity with lovely acidity and a smooth roundness, Caprice pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, river fish, young sheep’s milk cheeses, or delicate citrus desserts, and is equally delightful as an elegant aperitif.

Producteurs Plaimont is a cooperative of wine producers based in the heart of South-West France. With vineyards is Saint Mont, Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh as well as IGP Côtes de Gascogne, Gers and Comte Tolosan. The cooperative produce wines under two labels: Plaimont Producteurs and Plaimont Terroirs & Châteaux.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £120
Orders over £120 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Next Working Day Delivery
Where possible, orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. All orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (excluding Bank Holidays).
Age Verification Deliveries
In line with UK alcohol licensing regulations, all alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. Our delivery partners may request photographic identification as proof of age.
If no one over 18 is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery for a more suitable time.
