Sourced from 40-year-old Chardonnay vines in the esteemed Premier Cru Montmain vineyard, this wine shows remarkable depth and structure. Approximately 30% is matured in seasoned oak barrels, lending subtle complexity and a refined, velvety texture without overshadowing the fruit.
In the glass, it presents a bright pale yellow colour with youthful green reflections. The nose is elegant and expressive, offering aromas of acacia blossom, ripe nectarine, and fresh green citrus.
The palate is rounded and creamy, underpinned by delicate honeyed notes and balanced by vibrant acidity. The finish is persistent and poised, leaving a lasting impression of freshness and finesse.
Produced by Gérard and Hélène Tremblay, fifth-generation vignerons in Chablis, the estate spans 34 hectares, including 10 hectares of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. Their gravity-fed winery and minimal-intervention philosophy preserve the purity of the fruit, resulting in wines that authentically reflect the region’s hallmark minerality, precision, and clarity.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £120
Orders over £120 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Next Working Day Delivery
Where possible, orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. All orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (excluding Bank Holidays).
Age Verification Deliveries
In line with UK alcohol licensing regulations, all alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. Our delivery partners may request photographic identification as proof of age.
If no one over 18 is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery for a more suitable time.
