Jura Savoie
Producing some of the more unusual wines found in France, the Jura Savoie wine region. Jura is home to some rather particular styles of wine, including the sherry-like Vin Jaune – matured under a layer or flor of yeast to give a uniquely rich flavour, and the Vin de Paille – a sweet wine made from grapes that have been naturally dried on sheets of straw.
