Domaine des Fines Caillottes Pouilly Fume, 2021
Straw-colored with green highlights. The first nose expresses acacia flower and then rapidly reveals fruit: citrus, blood orange, quince and applesauce. A round, fleshy, enticing, and well-balanced palate. Mixed fruit are found: peach, pear, kiwi, mango, with a light acidity up to the finish bringing the ensemble to a peak.

Les Fines Caillottes
Domaine des Fine Caillottes is comprised of 21 hectares (53 acres) of vines, planted with the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc (locally called "Blanc Fumé") from which they produce the Pouilly Fumé, and 0.20 hectare planted with the grape Chasselas for the production of Pouilly-sur-Loire. 23 plots constitute the estate, located in different villages including Pouilly sur Loire ( Pouilly, Tracy-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain, and Saint-Laurent-L'Abbaye). The terroirs are varied: limestone-clay predominate, kimmerridgian marl, siliceous-clay marl, and flint. The average age of the vines is approximately 20 years old. The oldest are more than 40 years old.
