From organic vineyards, which boast 40-year-old Monastrell vines and 20-year-old Syrah vines, Barahonda meticulously handpick the finest grapes and process them separately with great care. After completing alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for six months. The result is a velvety and approachable wine with a pronounced fruity character and a clean finish, accented by well-integrated oak notes. Its refreshing acidity adds a touch of freshness, making it a clean, intense, and delicious choice.
