A blend of Syrah and Grenache from the Faugeres AOC, on the slopes of the Massif Central. This wine is a great match with red meats and cheeses.
Very dark colour, with a powerful, intense nose, dominated by stewed black fruits. Notes of cocoa are supported by a dash of pepper. It has an ample, fleshy mouth with very ripe tannins and a very long finish. It has very good aging potential.
