Juno Estate, Fairtrade Sauvignon Blanc, 2020
A deliciously crisp, dry white with green fig, mineral and lime tones and a slight flintiness on the nose. In the mouth it's fresh with fruity citrus flavours combining in a rich palate. A well-defined Sauvignon Blanc with an endless finish.

Juno Wine Company
The Juno Wine Company - based in the town of Paarl in the heart of South Africa’s winelands - was born of a marriage between wine and art. Since the founding of the winery Tertia du Toit’s unique and alluring Cape Maidens labels have attracted great consumer interest and attention. Now the Cape Maidens series are replaced by another tribute to Juno, Roman queen of the gods, divine protectress and symbol of eternal youth with intricate labels echoing Italian antiquity.
Juno celebrates wine, women and the creative pursuits that both have inspired throughout history. She is one part fierce, one part compassion. She wears a goat’s skin to symbolise her combatant force, while her chariot is drawn by peacocks who safeguard her. A salute to the Italian influence on South African food, wine and lifestyle, Juno is reminiscent of the vino of Italia. Magnifico! Juno wines are produced under the Fairtrade system which is in keeping with the ethos of the company.

Western Cape
The Western Cape of South Africa is among some of the most beautiful vineyard locations in the world - vivid green pastures tucked between granite and sandstone cliffs, sapphire-blue ocean, and the bright white edifices of 300 year old colonial homesteads. One of the larger geographical units within the South African Wine of Origin classification system, most of the nation’s wines come from this region.
