Dominique Pabiot, a fifth generation winegrower, is determined to respect the great winegrowing traditions of Pouilly Fume. The Vieilles Terres Cuvee has a pale yellow colour with green reflections and an expressive nose. It is a balanced wine with a pleasant liveliness.
