We do not deliver outside the mainland UK
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Where possible all orders placed before 2.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability. All orders are despatched using a next working day carrier service, however we can not guarantee next working day delivery as there may be circumstances beyond our control. For more information regarding our delivery service please contact our sales office on 0114 2560090.
If you are not in to sign for your delivery the carrier will post a card with contact details for you to arrange to collect your parcel from the carriers nearest depot or to organise a re-delivery that is convenient to you.
Deliveries of higher value items will require a signature and deliveries that are requested to be left without signature are made at the risk of the customer.
FREE DELIVERY
FREE DELIVERY is available on orders with a total value over £120 to addresses within the mainland UK.
Orders not qualifying for FREE DELIVERY will be charged the standard delivery of £6.95.
Deliveries are made using a next working day service for orders placed before 2.00pm Mon-Fri.
CARRIERS
Le Bon Vin use a number of different carriers to make sure that your order is delivered on time and without damage. These carriers include DPD LOCAL, APC and DHL who are all approved partners.
PACKAGING
All of our bottle packaging exceeds the toughest standards for the transportation of liquids.
GIFT CARDS
At the checkout stage you can choose to add a gift message to either the entire order or individual items within the order.
