Attractive, yellow colour with hints of green. Deep, intense aromatic impression dominated by apricot and peach aromas with pleasant toasted notes from its fermentation and aging in barrels. On the palate, it is creamy, sweet and balanced, of great elegance, structure and complexity. Its fruit flavours and soft floral notes are enhanced. Its perfect balance creates a long finish.
Eloisa means "the chosen one" and was created to celebrate the ninth generation of the del Pedregal family. It introduces new strains to their wine portfolio that are fresher and lighter, highlighting the brand’s creative and innovative character.
Vina del Pedregal
Vina del Pedregal brings together an almost 200-year-old tradition, which begins with Carlos Adolfo del Pedregal's journey from Asturias to the Loncomilla Valley. In 1825, thanks to the land’s high quality and the location’s optimal climatic conditions, the vineyard became one of the first to incorporate a range of French grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cot, all imported from Bordeaux.
Keeping a dream alive for over 200 years is in and of itself a feat worth telling. The spirit that’s been passed on from generation to generation reflects their love for both the trade and land that previous generations developed and worked on for years. With time and commitment, they have grown to position themselves as one of the oldest and most recognized vineyards in our country. The first Del Pedregal family member would probably be glad to learn that his wines would one day return to the old country and tour the world.
