Juno Estate, Fairtrade Chenin Blanc, 2019
This crisp and fruity Chenin Blanc has hints of juicy apricots, green guavas and dried pear on the nose. The palate has a good length and finishes off with a fresh acidity. Pair with seafood dishes and salads.
The fair trade grapes for this wine were sourced from the Malmesbury region. Hand picked before sunrise to retain the natural flavour of the fruit.

Juno Wine Company
The Juno Wine Company - based in the town of Paarl in the heart of South Africa’s winelands - was born of a marriage between wine and art. Since the founding of the winery Tertia du Toit’s unique and alluring Cape Maidens labels have attracted great consumer interest and attention. Juno wines are now produced under the Fairtrade system which is inkeeping with the ethos of the company.
Juno celebrates wine, women and the creative pursuits that both have inspired throughout history. The paintings of Tertia du Toit have been described as an uninhibited outpouring of inspiration, life and creativity. Through a lyrical focus on the female figure, Du Toit evokes a sense of joyous sensuality in life itself. Not cluttered with impenetrable symbolism, her works are a classic invitation to take part in a contemporary “joie de vivre”. In a visually oversaturated age, she has managed to create a unique and liberated style of pictorial expression.

The Western Cape of South Africa is among some of the most beautiful vineyard locations in the world - vivid green pastures tucked between granite and sandstone cliffs, sapphire-blue ocean, and the bright white edifices of 300 year old colonial homesteads. One of the larger geographical units within the South African Wine of Origin classification system, most of the nation’s wines come from this region.
