Torri d'Oro Cabernet Merlot IGT, 2018
A superb red wine, with a rounded, smooth body and a wide bouquet of intense, pleasant aromas of ripe red fruit. Elegant in structure with gentle tannins, belying the high alcohol content.

Angelo Rocca
At the end of XIX century, Francesco Rocca started his historical business by selling loose wine. In 1936 his son Angelo enhanced the wine production and built a cellar in Nardò, Apulia. In the 1960's the first bottling line was bought and thus started the distribution of products under the Rocca brand. Today, Ernesto Rocca (the founder's grandson) shares responsibility with his sons Paolo, Marco, Luca and Matteo who help run the family business, a business which also includes a construction company and a leading trot horse stud farm.

Sicilia
An island rich in history, scenery, and cuisine, Sicily needs no introduction to most, although its wines may not be among the more prominent Italian wines. Even for what is a relatively large isle, there is a surprisingly large selection of Sicilian wines, with the Nero d’Avola being the signature grape variety in Sicily’s best wines.
