Ribera Del Duero, Bodegas Tamaral Tempranillo, 2018
Spain
Aged for 4 months in American Oak barrels, this red wine has a cherry red colour with purple edges. It offers diverse aromas of berries (raspberries and cherries) as well as plums, very well integrated with the spicy notes of the wood. Frank on the palate, where we find it again complex and with good acidity. Its medium body makes it ideal for any occasion. Pairs well with pasta and rice dishes, chicken, cold cuts, grilled meats, veal, lamb, pork and semi-cured cheeses.
