This excellent Minervois wine is a fine blend of the Grenache, Syrah and Carignan varietals from the South of France. A lively yet firm red with a fruity nose and well rounded palate that has some spicy notes. Great paired with lamb dishes.

Languedoc-Roussillon
Stretching over a substantial area of land from the Massif Central to the eastern edges of the Pyrenees, the Languedoc Roussillon wine region is an amalgamation of different types of terrain, altitude, and terroir producing a wide range of quality wines since Roman times. The soils and climate of the area combine to make an ideal environment for vine growing, which is why the Languedoc Roussillon wine region accounts for about 40% of France’s total wine production. Because of this, there are many hidden gems to be found in this region from Vin de Pays producers as well as the more renowned AOC chateaux.
