Benoit Sordet Pommard Les Vignots, 2018
Burgundy, France
This cuvee comes from a small plot of half a hectare located at the top of the hill, above Pommard (330 meters above sea level), hence its name "Les Vignots", that is to say "High Vines". Initially firm on the palate but is wrapped in lovely fruit giving it a pleasant character, even when young. Full-bodied, rich, dry tannins and a velvety finish. Perfect with charcuterie, salmon, tuna, stews and poultry.
