Mailly Grand Cru Extra Brut Vintage Champagne
Champagne Extra Brut Millesimato is produced by the Mailly maison, founded in 1929 and one of the oldest cooperatives in the Champagne region. Initially, the cooperative, made up of 24 winemakers, had no cellar. Led by their president, Gabriel Simon, the winemakers dug a 19-meter-deep underground cellar by hand in two years.
The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed in whole bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and barrels at 15°C, followed by aging on fine lees in the region's unique gypsum caves.
The wine has a straw yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma offers fruity and mineral notes, with hints of citrus and delicate spices. The taste is creamy and harmonious.
This Champagne pairs well with meat or fish carpaccio, sushi, and sashimi.

Orders over £120 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Next Working Day Delivery
Where possible, orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. All orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (excluding Bank Holidays).
Age Verification Deliveries
In line with UK alcohol licensing regulations, all alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. Our delivery partners may request photographic identification as proof of age.
If no one over 18 is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery for a more suitable time.
