Terms & Conditions
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made by the Amtrak overnight carrier service between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you are not present when your order is delivered the carrier will leave a note and return the following day. Our next day delivery service is only available on orders placed before 3.30pm.
Where possible all orders are dispatched on the same or following day. If any of your selected wines are out of stock we will contact you and arrange for either a replacement wine or details of delayed a delivery.
Payment and Pricing
Delivery is 4.99 per case delivered. We will deliver wine to anywhere in mainland UK. Deliveries outside mainland UK are quoted individually. For less than 12 bottles the delivery charge is 7.99.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified. any delivery charges are additional.
We accept payment by Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro.
Age restrictions
We will not sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. When placing your order you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying wine as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in your order are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
Note: If the item is not broken or spoiled and should you still wish to return your purchase please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will ask you to send the item back to us in a saleable condition and in original packaging. If a refund is due, payment will be made within five working days of the return of the purchase. Please note, you will be liable for the cost of postage to Le Bon Vin. Should you have any questions with regards a return, please contact us.
