| The nose is light, sweet and spicy while in the mouth there is a bitter sweet taste with impressions of caramel and nuts. All this is rounded off with a long sweet and smoky finish. Perfect served with nuts or as an Aperitif. |

| The company was founded in 1860 by VICENTE ROMERO CARRANZA, whose parents Florencio Romero and Agueda Carranza settled in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz, Spain) in 1820. In 1911 the business changed name to Pedro Romero, the commercial name which it still holds today. The present owners comtinue the fine tradition of producing first rate Sherries for export around the world. |
