Tasting Notes

Structurally capable of being served with tasty dishes, it is full and hearty. It goes marvellously well with spiced dishes, and mediterranean savours. Silver Medal at the Concours general Agricole de Paris 2003.

Other Notes

Six generations have been at the head of the domain since 1806. Now run by Roselyne and Pierre GAVOTY. The Domaine has a clay and limestone soil, rigorous climate, in a terroir capable of developing wines of good quality.
