Tasting Notes
Wild berries dominate the nose. On the palate the wine is fruity and powerful. The tannins are very present when young and become refined with aging.
Other Notes
The harvest is done by hand, brought back in open tanks and the grapes de-stemmed. Maceration lasts about 10 to 12 days depending on the year. The wine is then stirred and pumped to help extract more colour and the different components of the wine. After fermentation, the wines are stored in vats and oak casks, where they complete their malolactic fermentation. After racking the wine is bottled between 15 to 18 months after harvest.Delivery Info
