This is an absolutely glorious Pinot Noir from Domaine Boesch. More intense than Cabernet Sauvignon, it perhaps surprisingly has noticeably less tannin. As it’s such an uncommon wine and style, it is on many a ‘must-buy list’ of your average connoisseur.

It has achieved French ECOCERT certification (The French equivelent of the Uks Organic producer certificate).
