Matured in an American oak bourbon cask this rare and unique Single Malt is a clean and nutty with a lingering smoky maltness that has a smooth finish. Initially lots of sweet barley and fruit on the palate with vanilla and citrus notes and a long even finish. Great balance Hand crafted to perfection in a boutique copper pot, this Australian Single Malt Whisky is created from renowned Tasmanian barley, double distilled with the world's purest wilderness water from the pristine rainforests & mountains around Hobart.

Tasmania Distillery was established in 1994 on the banks of the River Derwent at Sullivans Cove, the site where the British settlers planted their flag and began to build the settlement that became the City of Hobart, Australias oldest city. This Tasmanian Distillery is one of a new breed of Australian distilleries using the finest quality barley and pure soft water sourced only in Tasmania. These ingredients, combined with a little Aussie ingenuity and some old fashioned techniques has created a highly distinctive natural whisky.
