A delicious and fruity Rose de Loire from the Organic producer Chateau de Passavant. Passavant have been producing top quality organic wines since 1998 and the proof is in the tasting. This wine is ideal for the summer months and is best served chilled with salads, white meats and grilled fish.

Château de Passavant was built by Foulques Nerra in the 12th Century, on a site that has long been fortified, overlooking the River Layon, whose slopes are well known for their great wines.In 1998 they converted to organic methods out of a desire for durable winegrowing and a respect for “terroir”.
