Tasting Notes

Just as the name suggests, "Les Pierres" is a fine blend of the best barrels, selected by Pierre Gaillard. Only the best parcels with the oldest vines go into this wine. Produced separately and matured in new barrels it is only then that the best barrels are selected for the Les Pierres cuvée. A rich and smooth Syrah with dark fruit and leather aromas. With plenty of tannin, this will be a wine that will benefit from cellaring and continue developing for at least 10 years
