Tasting Notes
From a small vineyard situated in the district of Saint Emilion on a sandy soil. Made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet France with vines aged over 20 years old. This wine has a concentrated bouquet of berries and vegetal notes. The body is full of supple tannins and it has a great potential to be aged. Excellent with red meat cooked in a strongly flavoured sauce.
