Tasting Notes
Brilliant pale yellow with light green reflections. The mousse is abundant and alimented by a constant stream of fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is complex offering a smattering of citrus and white flower aromas. The aroma of chardonnay is intensely expressive. The underlying freshness is accentuated by the nervousness of the wine: delicate, elegant racy and balanced. Very expressive of the house style.
Other Notes
Founded in the late 19th century by Louis-Eugene Pannier, this house was taken over in 1971 by a cooperative from Chateau Thierry owning 600 ha of vines. Its cellars were dug out In the 12th century during the building of monuments in the region.Customers who bought this item also considered
