Tasting Notes
This straw yellow wine, flecked with gold, has a fresh light bouquet, fine and delicate with hints of vine flowers and pineapple, with undertones of lemon and Muscat grapes. In the mouth, the wine is rounded yet at the same time full of flavour and refreshing. The whole is of a fresh, intense flavour, balancing sweetness with a strong fruity aroma. This light sweet white wine is produced from the Gros Manseng and Petit Mansang grape varieties. It is perfect served with foie gras, desserts, veined cheeses.
