Tasting Notes
Produced from old vine Primitivo grapes cultivated in Manduria this wine takes 18 months ageing in big oak barrels before bottling. Its bouquet is rich and complex with pleasant ripend black fruits, liquorice and spice notes. A full bodied wine which is velvety and smooth with a good persistence. Can be matched with good cheese and even desserts!
