Tasting Notes

This wine is the result of a careful vinification of Negroamaro, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes cultivated in Salento (Puglia). After 6 months maturation in oak barrels, it shows a deep red colour and pleasant fruit and spice aromas. Is is supple with an elegant and complex taste. At its best with pasta, game and roasted meat.
