Tasting Notes
Aged in oak barrels for 6-8 months and produced from 35 year old vines. The nose has hints of hazelnut, pepper and undergrowth with a palate that is rich and complex with a touch of blackcurrant on the finish. A wine for all seasons!
Other Notes
The Domaine de Boissan is situated in the South-west of France in the Rhone Valley, close to the Montmirail Dentelles and the Ventoux. Formed from 2 wine making families which stretch back 5 generations to the first cellar which was built at the end of the 17th Century.
