Finding products using
the website
There are numerous methods for finding the wine you want and
the guide below explains how best to use the website to get
what you want.
Keyword search The most straightforward way
of finding wine using our website is to use the keyword search
box at the top left of the website. Simply type a word or
words into the keywords box and click search! For example
typing "french red" will find all the red wines
from france or typing "rioja" will find all the
rioja wines currently on the website.
For a more accurate search try using the name of a wine you
want to find
For example typing "veuve clicquot" will find all
the wines with the required text in the name.
Easy search
The easy search is located on the left hand side of the website
and allows you to select from a number of options to narrow
your wine search by colour, country and price. For example
by selecting "Red Wine", "Australia" and
"£5 to £7" in the appropriate boxes
will find all the red Australian wines with a price between
£5 and £7. What could be more simple.
The keyword search can be combined with the simple search
to provide an even narrower search however it is seldom required
as the three menus used together will usually find a suitable
selection to match your search.

Placing an order online
Once the search has found the wine you are looking for you
can add it to your shopping cart by selecting the quantity
you require and clicking the add button.
You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on
the icon at the top of every page. The shopping cart will
show you all of your purchases and the prices and offers/discounts
associated with them.
Giftwrap & Gift Boxes Once you have added
an item to your cart you can add giftwrap and giftbox options
to your order by clicking on the giftwrap option. The giftwrap
area allows you to include a message gift tag with your order
as well as choosing giftwrap and gift box options.
No minimum order There is no minimum order
quantity so you can order anything from a single bottle upwards.
All offers are displayed clearly for each wine and are shown
in your shopping cart.

Placing an order by phone
Step 1: Finding your wine
You can find your wine using any of the methods above or you
can contact one of our sales team who will be happy to help
you find the wine you are looking for or even suggest some
wines worth trying if you aren't sure exactly what you want.
Step 2: Ordering your wine
To order your wine by phone you can give the salesperson either
the wine code or the name of the wine. They will then give
you a price which includes delivery and ask you for your payment
and delivery details.
Step 3: Payment
Telephone payment can only be made by credit card and any
card details that you supply are destroyed once the order
is complete for security purposes. For any subsequent telephone
order you will have to supply the card details again.

Managing your account
on-line
To view, edit and maintain your personal details that are
registered with lebonvin.co.uk simply click on the my account
icon at the top right of the website and enter your email
address and password. Click
here to log in now
Once logged in you can edit your details using the simple
layout. Our website can hold numerous addresses so that you
can choose an appropriate card holder address and seperate
delivery address. The chosen addresses will remain as the
default settings the next time you log on and use the website.
