| Aged in oak barrels for 6-8 months and produced from 35 year old vines. The nose has hints of hazelnut, pepper and undergrowth with a palate that is rich and complex with a touch of blackcurrant on the finish. A wine for all seasons! |

| The Domaine de Boissan is situated in the South-west of France in the Rhone Valley, close to the Montmirail Dentelles and the Ventoux. Formed from 2 wine making families which stretch back 5 generations to the first cellar which was built at the end of the 17th Century. Today the estate is run by Christian Bonfils who produces some truly exceptional wines from the 53ha that the domaine controls. |
