| A lively and slightly-closed wine during its earlier years, featuring a finish with lots of balance and excellent ageing potential. A golden colour gives way to more yellowish shades with age. This Meursault offers the perfect accompaniment to all your fish dishes, whether raw or cooked, and the most refined of shellfish recipes, like spiny lobster served in a pastry shell.
It also marries beautifully with poultry and dishes served in a cream sauce.
A winner as well with both fresh and aged cheeses of the milder taste category. |

| This wine's label features the Meursault village appellation, followed by the name of the original climate, as indicated by a walled enclosure (or "clos"), facing north-east and protected from the village, lying on a flat parcel or at the foot of the hillside. The soil is of a clayey-limestone composition, with a greater proportion of clays, overlying a pebbly and at times rocky subsoil. |
